Today is the first day of a PROPER RESTART. No more bloody excuses.
It's 10:30am and I'm a bit hungry and looking forward to lunch already.
So far have had:
1x TF Mocha shake with SF
1.5L water
Gonna head down to City Provisions at lunch and get some veggies to munch on for the afternoon.

For the rest of the day I had healthy stuff, all TF approved until about 15 minutes ago when I cracked and ate fruit cake.

Oh well can't fix it now, but what a loser, can't even make through day 1 >:(
Other than that though, perfect day, came home from work and did a 20 bike ride (12km), then about 10 minutes of punches at the punching bag, then did 2x sets of bicep curls and shoulder presses with 2.5kg dumbells. Not huge but it's all I had at home.
Here's to a PERFECT day tomorrow - nice and busy so no time to sit and eat.
