Weekend challenge begins

After last night's "indescretion" I am feeling surprisingly ok. I got about late-ish and went to the gym and did half an hour on the treadmill, mostly at 6.5km per hour. Usually I do between 6-6.2km and that's tough, so I was happy with my effort today. I was all hot and sweaty after it and felt good, so it must have worked.

And when I got up this morning I weighed 72.7kg, which was only 200g more than yesterday, and the fat percentage hadn't changed, but the water percentage went up by 2% so I'm assuming it's all fluid. Which is expected.

Food Diary

1x TF strawberries & cream shake blended with half a large mango and ice (after gym)
1x serve of notatoes, steamed green beans and some Greens gravy on top
1x TF espresso shake
1x 100g hake fish fillet with a sauce made from 15g ricotta, a dob of philli cheese, lemon juice and parsley
1x salad

Also, the fabulous ladies on the TF forums have organised a weekend challenge to make sure we're good over the weekend... so I've joined in that and am going to be 100% perfect :)
