Tomorrow is weigh in day

I am quite interested to see what kind of loss I record this week... and I will find out tomorrow. I gained 100g overnight, but I guess that's just fluctuation because I've been really good.

Food Diary for today

1x TF french vanilla shake blended with 10ish raspberries
1x decaf skinny latte with an equal
1x salad with capsicum, lettuce, cucumber, grape tomatoes
1x TF cafe latte shake
1x orange
1x diet jelly 250ml

Dinner (after volleyball) is zucchini and ricotta fritata and notatoes. :)
