Day 3

It's all going really well, I have fully got my determination back and it's awesome. Today I worked all day, and then after work Meaghan and I went to the gym for an hour. We just did some cardio and some weights, and it felt like a pretty good workout. Then we had volleyball later tonight, so 2x exercise for today :)

Food Diary
1x TF Chocolate shake with a drop of coconut essence
1x Decaf skinny latte with 1 sweet 'n' low
1x apple
1x salad with cucumber, capsicum and cherry tomatoes
1x diet jelly (250ml)
1x 120g steak with paprika, garlic powder and chives on it
1x salad with lettuce, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, spring onion and 4 olives

I'm currently cooking some eggplant chips so I'll nibble on them before bed :)
