Also soooo glad that I am doing this weekend challenge, because when we popped into the shop on the way home from my brother's house last night, I really felt like fish and chips, or chinese, or something... but I didn't and I was rewarded for it!
Food Diary
1x TF chocolate shake blended with a banana
1x diet jelly (250ml)
1x salad with capsicum, cucumber and some LF/LC dressing
1x TF mocha shake
1x chicken caesar salad with lettuce, bacon, chicken and a few croutons with Paul Newman's caesar dressing (low fat, low carb)
1x diet jelly (250ml)
Also, since the 14th of Jan I have been doing a "Birthday Challenge" - which is that I want to weigh 66kg by my birthday on 24th February. Keep an eye on the ticker below to see progress (I update it each morning after I weigh myself)
