Didn't get time to write yesterday, so here's the food diary:
1x TF chocolate shake blended with a banana
1x decaf skinny latte
1x salad with cucumber, capsicum, lettuce, grape tomatoes
1x cafe latte shake
Chicken treat small chips and wrap for dinner as we were rushing in between soccer/swimming/volleyball :( Oh well, did lots of exercise so hopefully won't have too much of an impact.
Today's Food Diary:
1x TF banana shake blended with a small mango
This weekend is going to be a challenge (to say the least) as we have lots of social events to go to and I won't always be in control... so I'll try my best and we'll just see what happens.
