Well today hubby and I went to a baby shower. Now it started at 11:30am and so I was guessing it would be lunch, so I had my breakfast shake semi-late so I wouldn't get hungry! Anyway it was a full on barbecue, so I happily crunched away at my purple plastic plate full of allowed salad :) Meanwhile hubby enjoyed his sausage in a bun and so did everyone around me and I didn't even feel like it. So that's a big milestone for me!
Then we played Pass the Parcel and the prize inside each layer was a king size chocolate bar, haha, so typical. But my friend who was doing the stopping of the music was great and didn't stop on me! I would have just given it to my hubby anyway!
Then the cake came out. Soooo lucky I'm not a cake person, because I think for anyone who IS a cake person would have been stuffed because it was a sight. But passed on that too.
The only thing I felt slightly tempted to have was some Doritos, and that was only because Glenn breathed on me with Dorito breath haha. But I got home and had a Chromium tablet and filled up my second 1.5L bottle of water and now I'm all good.
So I'm proud :D
